Mr. Peabody asks Tommy to cut open a pillow and shake the feathers out. Thousands of feathers cover the field, and Tommy is asked to collect them. Realizing that he can not, Mr. Peabody says that each feather represents a person in Happville that now believe the rumor Tommy started.
Look at the picture of the crumpled heart at the beginning of this post. Even though we could flatten it out a little bit, it will never look as clean and crisp as it was when it was first cut. When we don't think about the words we say, we begin crumple hearts around us.

The meaning of haveing Tommy cut open his pillow and letying the fethers go is to show the peploe in happville and how they are all their own person and that by Tommy spreding the rumor it would be hard to get the truth out to some peploe.
Also when Tommy saw Mr.Peabody take the apple and not pay for it he should have asked the owner of the store or ask Mr.Peabody
Words are powerful by calling someone a name it will be very hard to take it back. Yes this has happend to me.

Words are power because they can "hurt" other people. If you dont think about it you may end up "hurting" someone you care for and they may not talk to you or they may end up saying mean things about you too.
And no nothering has happened like that ever in my life...well now that i think about it i see things like that and i say what i see to my friends but i never i ask the person what happened becasue it doesnt bother them....

if i was tommy id clean all the feathers up and then i would go to everybody and appologise to everyone if it took all day to do or not , then id write mr. peabody a letter and id say sorry in it some where

I think when Mr. peabody ask tommmy to cut the pillow and let the fathers fly is that Mr Peabodys heart is broke and his fellings are flying out Because of what tommy did.

the meaning of when Tommy cutting the pillow open because the feathers represent the people in happiville. Then Mr.peabody said"you see all these feathers you sprong out were all the people in happiville. You see nothing will change now because the rumor you just caused if you don't fix it.Next time try and get some information before you instagate."
The reason Tommy let out all those feathers is because the feathers reperisent all the people in the village and pick them all up would be imposible.
Tommy sould of talked talked to the store guy first.

I this is pobbly possable to fix because all tommy has to do is tell that one person he told. then that one peson would tell his mom
